With a career spanning more than three decades, Turnberry Records recording artist Darren Beachley stands as one of the most recognizable and versatile voices in contemporary bluegrass and Americana. The Maryland native cut his teeth playing Dobro in Bill Harrell’s band, The Virginians, before rising to global prominence as the lead vocalist and guitarist for the seminal, multi-award-winning group Doyle Lawson & Quicksilver

Beachley’s powerful, soaring vocals and masterclass command of the resophonic (Dobro), lap steel, and acoustic guitars have earned him a reputation as a musician's musician. After fronting the acclaimed all-star group Darren Beachley & Legends of the Potomac, he returned to his solo roots with his milestone album, The Road Not Taken. The project featured collaborations with bluegrass royalty, including Sam Bush, Alan Bibey, and Scott Vestal
